Eric Boen is Vice President of Planning, Allocation, and Replenishment at the Army & Air Force Exchange Service (AAFES) and has oversight of the merchandise financial planning, retail inventory supply chain, and merchandise operations areas within the organization.  He has 19 years of retail experience with AAFES holding various positions in store operations, buying, and planning, allocation, and replenishment.  He holds Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Business Management from Southern Methodist University in Dallas, Texas along with certifications as a Project Management Professional (PMP) and Professional in Supply Management (CPSM).

Martins is a food retail and finance professional. As for academical education he holds Bachelor’s degree in Management and Master’s degree in Economics both at University of Latvia, and in addition as finance professional he holds ACCA qualification.

Most of his professional career Martins has spent at RIMI Baltic, one of the leading grocery retail store chains in Baltics, part of the Swedish ICA Gruppen. Martins started as a junior controller at the Baltic headquarters in Riga, followed by two other assignments in controlling before moving to RIMI’s subsidiary in Estonia as Finance and Controlling manager and part of the Country Management team.

After four years in Estonia it was time to move to RIMI Lithuania to take a place in the country management team and head the Finance and Controlling department, as well as assume Finance Stream lead duties in a major M&A project.

After eight years away and many years in finance Martins returns to his home town Riga and switches to Commercial department to assume a newly established role of Baltic Promo and Pricing manager with a main mission to start truly data based decision making in commercial areas of Promo and Pricing, which includes tools and systems, process, and probably the most important – people and the respective change management.

Edward graduated from Wake Forest University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication.  For the past 3 years, he has served as a board member of Wayfinders, a non-profit dedicated to delivering summer camp experiences and year-round enrichment programs and mentor relationships for underserved students.

Edward is a diehard Cubs fan.  If you ask him his greatest accomplishment, he’s quick to answer “being a Dad”.

Danielle graduated from Florida Atlantic University with a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration with a concentration in Accounting.  Danielle loves to travel, has a keen eye for fashion and interior design, is a self-proclaimed foodie and loves working out to balance it all.

Vladislav Tikhomirov is head of pricing for Metro Russia.  He has 15+ years in the retail and wholesale  trade industry working with leading trade companies including Detsky Mir, X5 Retail Group, and METRO Cash & Carry.  He is a leader with strong expertise and track records in retail and wholesale strategy, product leadership, marketing communications, CRM, and pricing.  He is an ambassador of data-driven business strategies and has transformed the pricing function at METRO Russia from a KVI’s monitoring department to a team of 20 people accountable for base revenue management.

Mr. Tikhomirov holds a Master of Arts in Sociology degree from the University of Manchester and a BA in Economica Sociology from the Higher School of Economics (Moscow).  In addition, he has several Pricing Strategy Optimization certificates from the Darden School of Business.

His team is a strategic resource to the merchants, including price strategy and key item analysis, creating a collaborative, agile environment that delivers enhanced business results. He holds a BSEE in Electrical Engineering from Notre Dame University and a MBA from Indiana University.
