Is there a dress code for Insight?

There is no dress code to attend Insight, however, we are happy to provide recommended attire for networking activities, sessions (Mon – Tues), and product training below:

  • Networking Events 
    Sunday La Jolla Tour (11:00 AM – 4:00 PM): casual or business casual*
    Sunday Golf (12:00 PM – 5:00 PM): standard golf attire (a collared shirt and Dockers-style shorts or slacks)*
    Sunday Welcome Reception (6:00 PM – 9:00 PM): business casual
    Monday Beach Bash (6:00 PM – 10:00 PM): business casual, resort casual (flip flops provided)
    Tuesday Night at the Safari Park (5:30 PM – 10:00 PM): casual or business casual*
     
  • Plenary & Breakout Sessions (Monday and Tuesday) – business casual 
     
  • Product Training (Wednesday) – casual or business casual*

Is this event limited to Revionics customers?

The INSIGHT program is designed to help Revionics customers accelerate ROI, gain industry insights and key trends to help them outpace the competition. Revionics invites select retailers considering our solutions to attend this event on an invitation-only basis.

Are meals included?

Yes, all drinks, meals, and networking activities are included.

How do I request an invitation letter in order to obtain a visa?

For Revionics to generate an official invitation letter, please email your request to info@revionics.com. When submitting your request please include:

  • Consulate General of (Country)
  • Traveler’s Full Name (as appears on your passport)
  • Passport number and expiration date
  • Gender (male or female)
  • Job Title/Position
  • Name of Company (Employer)
  • Date of Hire
  • Length of Employment
  • Departure Date
  • Arrival Date
  • Duration of stay (# of days)

Please note: Only registered delegates will be issued a letter of invitation. It is the sole responsibility of the attendee to obtain the necessary paperwork for entry to the US. This letter does not guarantee that you will be granted a visa, nor does it commit Revionics to assist you in obtaining a visa. We cannot send the letter to the embassy or consulate for you, nor can Revionics contact the embassy or consulate on your behalf.

How do I change my attendee badge or hotel reservation?

If you have a change to your attendee badge, please email insight@revionics.com

If you have a change your hotel reservation, please contact the Hilton Torrey Pines 1-858-558-1500. 

How do I get a copy of my registration emailed to me?

Your registration confirmation will be sent to you within 24 hours of registration. If you did not receive, please email info@revionics.com.

Will there be Wi-Fi?

Yes, wifi will be provided to conference attendees.
