Rob is Director of Pricing and Process at Pilot Flying J is the largest operator of travel centers in North America, with more than 750 retail locations in 44 states. Prior to Pilot Flying J, Rob was Divisional Vice President of Merchandising Operations for Family Dollar where he led Pricing, Merchandise Data Management, Project Management, Forecasting, and Analytics. Prior to Merchandising Operations at Family Dollar, Rob was Divisional Vice President of Inventory Management leading all Replenishment, Allocation and DSD functions nationally. Rob also held roles of increasing responsibility in Merchandising and Supply Chain for Gap, Inc. and Circuit City. Rob graduated from the University of Virginia with a BA in Economics and an MBA from the Darden Graduate School. Rob lives in Charlotte, NC with his wife Ashley and his two children, Ruby and Turner.

Kaitlyn is a merchandising analyst at Pilot Flying J. She works to support category management teams with their analytical needs, including generating pricing recommendations through Revionics. Kaitlyn graduated from Illinois State University with a B.S. in Mathematics and from the University of Tennessee with a M.S. in Business Analytics and an MBA.
