She has spearheaded industry innovations that drive measurable business impact and profitability for many large retail and CPG organizations globally. She is a widely sought-after retail industry commentator featured at events including NRF, Insight, Euroshop, Retail Week Live, and the Goldman Sachs annual retail conference; and in industry publications including Apparel Magazine, Chain Store Age, Innovative Retail Technologies, Internet Retailer, RetailWire and Retail TouchPoints.

Dean Solyntjes, Director of Pricing and Business Support, Holiday Companies
With more than 40 years of grocery, convenience and specialty retail and grocery wholesale experience, including nearly 25 years with Holiday Companies, Dean has had a varied career in financial planning and analysis, pricing and merchandising support. For the last 10 years, Dean has served as Director of Pricing and Business Support at Holiday, a convenience store chain with more than 500 stores, which was recently acquired by Alimentation Couche-Tard. Holiday was an early adopter of Revionics, with initial implementation in 2010.

Rob Jones, Director of Pricing and Process, Pilot Flying J
Rob is Director of Pricing and Process at Pilot Flying J is the largest operator of travel centers in North America, with more than 750 retail locations in 44 states. Prior to Pilot Flying J, Rob was Divisional Vice President of Merchandising Operations for Family Dollar where he led Pricing, Merchandise Data Management, Project Management, Forecasting and Analytics. Prior to Merchandising Operations at Family Dollar, Rob was Divisional Vice President of Inventory Management leading all Replenishment, Allocation and DSD functions nationally. Rob also held roles of increasing responsibility in Merchandising and Supply Chain for Gap, Inc. and Circuit City. Rob graduated from the University of Virginia with a BA in Economics and an MBA from the Darden Graduate School. Rob lives in Charlotte, NC with his wife Ashley and his two children, Ruby and Turner.
