As the organization matured and progressed on the price optimization journey, the impact delivered was more subtle but the team became more sophisticated in their optimization practices. Patti takes us through best practices and lessons learned in the journey to date, from the initial high-impact results in 2015-2016 to the longer-term steady gains of subsequent periods.
